Shipping policy

Where do you ship?
We ship to pin codes across India. We don't ship outside India yet.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order.

How soon will my order ship?
We pack and send out every order within 1–2 business days. Once it leaves us, you'll get a tracking link by SMS/WhatsApp and email.

When will it arrive?
Most orders arrive within 4–7 days of being placed. Remote pin codes can take a few extra days. Courier delays, weather and holidays can also slow things down. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. Cash on Delivery costs an extra ₹20, which is added at checkout. Prepaid orders have no extra charge.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll send a free replacement or give you a refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
